Once a Scammer, Always a Scammer

We all know Christopher Perez, aka Chrisperezcp by now. Part of our first news report, Nico was the first user to explain to CP users that Chris was a scammer. Today, we have two new victims, who also have found three fake accounts by Christopher Perez. Let's start with Lilly, aka Lillianlillycp.

On Twitter, Lilly stated "Too much scamming going on, cant believe I nearly fell for it". I was very curious to find out who it was, but was and wasn't surprised to find out that it was Chris, once again. I DM'ed her asking if she was willing to tell the name of the scammer. Not only stating Chris' name, she mentions that Tomisino1, the 2nd victim, that they have listed fake accounts of Chris's doing.

Derik: Are you willing to share the name of the user [aka, the scammer]?

Lilly: Yes, I already have been tweeting about it. He has made lots of fake accounts I have listed some and so has Tomisino1. It's Chrisperezcp.

The tweet she mentioned was this:

Not only does this user say that Chris also tried to scam her, but he is the user who made the fake Pup1one1 account, an imposing account of known Club Penguin youtuber, Pup1one. We suspected the Pup1one1 account to be Chris' doing, as many of the retweets were of his tweets, but that wasn't enough proof. However, this is sealed the case for us.

Speaking of sealing the case, Lilly also discovered that Clubpenguinmegg was Chris' account (this may get a little complicated, so make sure you pay attention to the chain of events).

In one of Lilly's tweets, she mentions several fake accounts that had been discovered in the past from Chris. However, there was another one called Freestuffcp, which was not listed before. Here, we have proof that this one for sure is Christopher. When talking to the 2nd victim, Tomisino1, he states at the end of the conversation that the one that the used twitter account for the scam was done on Freestuffcp, which is Christopher Perez.

Derik: So you say someone scammed you in the past? Was this a CP player?

Tomisino1: Yes, I was scammed by Chrisperezcp.

Derik: Fascinating... the other guy [Nicosscp] got scammed for a jet pack code too. Seems like he's got his eye on a specific thing.

Tomisino1: I believe that he is just trading with others with what ever they have. And at the same time, not doing a fair trade.

Derik: Ah, I see. Which account did Chris use to scam you with?

Tomisino1: Freestuffcp

But that's not all the proof we have. On clubpenguinmegg, another account that is believed to be Chris' which we can now wrap into one cycle to confirm that it is, made a tweet stating "Shout out to Freestuffcp they give out free codes and they follow ba ck if asked and they close at 2pm follow them"

When you visit Freestuffcp, you may wonder why the account is secured and/or in privacy mode. Not only that, but the description isn't very trustworthy and/or official.

3 victims that have come out - Nicosscp, Lillianlillycp and Tomisino1. 3 accounts proven to be owned by Chris. Has this gone too far?

Nicosscp Scammed - Again!

Today on Twitter, Nicosscp announced that he has, once again, gotten scammed for the 2nd day in a row. He explains that he/she had taken his code in a trade with astonishment. He later states that he's learned from his experience to be much more careful when trading with others in the future.

 

But this wasn't just the same scammer. According to Nico whilst speaking to user Chilly573, the scammer was even a trusted friend of his!

People were shocked to hear that he had gotten scammed for the 2nd day in a row, and even began handing out advice for the future, which Nico took in mind for future reference. Unlike last time, Nico has decided to keep the scammer's name private due to the outburst that was formed in the community over his other scammer, Christopher Perez aka, Chrisperezcp. However, if you are curious to find out, Nico has offered to tell some people who is scammer was, but he requests that you are to keep it private.

Later on, Drama Penguin investigator Ealyan aka, BriannaTBHs interviewed Nico about the whole situation.

Here's what went down:

Ealyan: Hi Nico, my name is Ealyan and I am an interviewer on the blog CPDramaPenguin. We've noticed the issues recently regarding two scammers who targeted you. Would you be interested in partaking in an interview?

Nico: I would love to :)

Ealyan: Awesome thank you for being so eager to put the truth out there, and to jump right into it, we'd like to ask you; What is it exactly that you're being scammed for?

Nico: I'm being scammed by codes, Club Penguin codes to be exact!

Ealyan: How have you come to acquire so many coin coins that you use to trade away?

Nico: They aren't coin codes, the way I acquire them you mean get them is by winning them, doing deeds to earn them, or getting them from my very best of friends.

Ealyan: Is there something about these scammers that offer you a sense of trust?

Nico: Besides them promising me rare club penguin codes, no. I don't really know why I trusted these scammers, one was my friend and the other one was a smart kid.

Ealyan: Have you been scammed before, not counting these two issues that occurred in the last 24 hours?

Nico: I've had a quick thought and I don't believe I've been scammed before these.

Ealyan: Do you think these two scammers could be related in any way? (Working together, being the same person, etc.)

Nico: I would not think so. [They're] two completely different people. One being young and the other being older.

Ealyan: Do you have intentions on alerting the rest of the CP community on this second [scammer] by revealing his username?

Nico: I might, although I previously revealed the first scammer's username and the whole community got angry, which they obviously would of.

Ealyan: Do you have any final words or thoughts on the situations that have occurred recently? Maybe being more careful with who you trade with in the future?

Nico: Yes, I am very much so gonna be more cautious and careful with who I trade with next time. If the two scammers ever read this I want them to know I was surprised, hurt and disgusted at what they did to me and possibly others.

Ealyan: Thank you very much for participating in this interview... We send you our best wishes that justice rises that these scammers are brought to the ground.

KingBoo8884 VS. Spikey2007CP

Today on Twitter KingBoo8884 announced what seemed like an encouraging acknowledgement of his team of bloggers on TKCPC. However, this turned out not to be the case for Spikey2007CP, one of the 'not-so-active' authors for the Club Penguin cheats site.

Around 40 minutes later, Spikey2007CP voiced a negative response of his side of TKCPC which seemed random at the time to his followers. Later, he mentioned he would even go the extent to make a video about how bad TKCP is, according to him.

Replying to Twitter user Dee_Clone, he mentions his reasoning for his upcoming in critical tweets towards TKCPC.

But this sudden up rise of hatred didn't just start from Spikey2007CP for no reason. In response, KingBoo884 said:

(...to the world why we are the [worst] blog ever.)

User Cursor_4 aka, Conner, 'confronted' KingBoo8884 on the tension between him and Spikey2007CP. The conversation went from possible neglection to KingBoo8884 claiming that Spikey2007CP attempted to sue him!

Chrisperezcp Exposed by Nicosscp!

What a juicy way to kick off the release of Drama Penguin! Today, at 3:08 PM (PST) Nicosscp, creator of NicosCPWorld - a quickly rising blog, suddenly announced that he was scammed through his DMs. He had traded a Club Penguin magazine code, however, he had gotten nothing in return. He did not mention the scammer's name yet, which lead to the confusion of others.

 After releasing a poll questioning whether or not to release the name of the scammer, he came out with a tweet that stated that Chrisperezcp was the one who scammed him, and also owned several accounts to go with his scheme. At the end of the tweet, Nico stated to trust him. However, there was no evidence to be shown at the time. People were still in confusion and didn't know who to trust.

But then, it all was proven by Nico's next tweet showing a sample of the Direct Message between Chrisperezcp and himself. It shows that Christopher Perez had admitted to covering his identity as "Emily", which was the name on several of the scamming accounts' descriptions.

Some players were surprised on how someone would be so mischievous in the community

Others, like myself, were not.
